Smartflex Springs

Our SmartFlex Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) springs for thermostatic actuators are custom-made to meet specific operating conditions such as transformation temperature, force, stroke, number of cycles, ID, and OD. Typical forces range from 5 N to 100 N, while the typical stroke ranges from 2 mm to 10 mm. These springs can utilize binary (NiTi) and ternary (NiTiCu) alloys, offering a temperature range from -25°C to +95°C.

We have the capability to efficiently design custom springs and provide preliminary testing results, with an average prototyping time of 3 to 6 weeks using production tooling. Additionally, we offer spring fatigue assessment for specific projects.
